1. Distribution and on-going services in the US market: Combination of fixed fee + revenue sharing (as % of products and services sale)

2. Strategic Partnering: Act as local point of contact for suppliers in the US market and address all prospect/customer requests and on-going services. This includes scouting for new technologies that may be beneficial for the supplier in the US market.

3. Opportunity Identification: Addressed usually via a 20-25% finders fee, with the rest of the client services handled by the supplier.

4. Strategic Consulting: Assisting suppliers with a wide range of business advisory services (refer to the above menu) in the US market.
